As we know Pizza is junk food, which cannot be eaten every day, it uses more flour and cheese, which makes it heavy to eat. Better than spending it in the market, we make it at home and eat and feed it. Making pizza at home is very easy and also very tasty. Today I teach you how to make 2 types of pizza, bread pizza and normal pizza. I will tell you how to make pizza in both microwave and gas.

Necessary Ingredients for Make Pizza Base

  • To make pizza base
  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Yeast
  • Salt to Taste
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Topping the Pizza
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 3 Baby Corn
  • 1 Small Onion
  • Half Cup Pizza Saas
  • Half Cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • Teaspoon Italian Mix Herbs

Pizza Making Method Step by Step

How to Make Pizza at Home : Sieve the flour in a bowl and add yeast, salt, sugar and olive oil and mix it well. Now add lukewarm water to this mixture and knead it like flour. For pizza base, knead this dough for 5-7 minutes and make it smooth. Now put a little oil in a bowl and cover it and keep it aside for 2 hours. After 2 hours, check the dough, if the dough turns out, then it is ready to make pizza. Cut baby corn into small round pieces. Remove the seeds from the capsicum, cut it long and thin and cut the onion too long. Now put the chopped vegetables on the pan and fry it lightly. Now break the dough in half and make a round dough and wrap it in dry flour and roll it thick. Heat a nonstick pan or griddle and add the rolled pizza base. Put a lid on it and bake it on low heat for 2 minutes or until the bottom surface of the pizza is light brown. When the bottom surface of the pizza becomes light brown, turn it over and slow down the gas completely. Now to make pizza topping, first layer the pizza sauce on it and then put the capsicum, baby corn and onion on a little distance. After this, put mozzarella cheese on top of it. – Bake the pizza on low heat for 5-6 minutes. Keep checking it every 2 minutes. Bake it until the cheese melts. Hot Yummy Tawa Pizza is ready. Serve by putting herbs on it.

Note: For topping you can take any vegetable of your choice and cooking oil can also be added instead of olive oil. If you are replacing dry yeast with instant yeast, soak it in lukewarm solution of milk and sugar for 5 minutes.
